Deposit Policy: Reservations for 1-3 nights requires one night's payment in advance. Four nights or more requires 1/2 of total stay as an advance deposit, to be received 14 days of making the reservation. Condos require 1/2 deposit in advance and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Only major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club), money orders or bank drafts will be accepted for advance payments. No personal checks please. Credit cards used to guarantee the reservations are charged at the time the reservation is made for the required deposit. Balance due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: If notice of date changes or cancellations are not received prior to the date of arrival, as indicated below, your deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation number must also be obtained in order to receive a refund. Inclement weather is not a valid reason for refunds.
72-hour notice for transient reservations.
21-day notice when reserving a condominium for any type of reservation.
In the event you do not stay the full number of nights noted, there will be no refund and you will be billed for the full stay you have reserved.
In January, February and March, Seasons Restaurant and the Bamboo Lounge will be closed weekdays.
The Outdoor pool will be closing for the season on 9/25.

Our non-oceanfront rooms come with 2 queen beds, mini fridge, microwave and most of them have balconies. Our Atrium rooms are the premier spot to overlook our world famous ice rink. They come with 2 queen beds, mini fridge, microwave and balcony overlooking the ice rink. If you are looking for larger accommodations we also have Oceanfront and Non-Oceanfront Suites which provide an extra bedroom with a King size bed as well as 2 and 3 bedroom oceanfront condominiums.
